Q.

what is advisable?? giving hard and rough massage to baby which is Indian traditional massage by Dai or just giving gentle massage? Do baby get stronger with hard massage, their bones get stronger?? or it's just a myth?

A. No harsh massage is not recommended as it might lead to some injury to tue baby so be gentle while massaging the baby and use paraben free skin care products

A. there is no need to give hard massage and simple massage is a better option and the child should not be crying due to massage but the child should be enjoying the massage

A. Hello dear parent! Gently it can be done. My grandmother used to be rough, she used to do it that way before giving warm water bath to my son. He used to have a good long sleep after that. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Try Babyhug daily massage oil.
