U Should consult a professional expert for the treatment of the same you can go ahead with the proper allopathic treatment for it otherwise if you can figure out some treatment in homoeopathy also then you should consult a homeopathic doctor for that they can probably do some right treatment to go for it which will be a permanent treatment for the child
