sir I just want to know , is post pregnancy abdominal belt is profitable / effective? And sir I have dark pigmentation (jhaiya) on my nose and cheek . So please tell me the remedy and cream or serum or face wash or lotion anything which is very effective to get rid of it.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. you can use abdominal belt if you want to.. take care of diet.. start with some exercise brisk walking yoga after 4-6months of delivery.. you can try mama earth skin care products.. or the moms co. skin care products..
