Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose change

U To wait for at least 8 to 10 weeks before you go for it and that too if you are comfortable because by then your stitches are also going to heal and you’re going to feel better with both the things of God of family planning operation also done so wait for at least 8 to 10 weeks
