recommend dosage of folic acid during pregnancy and how many days to take?

Usually taken twice in a day it’s basically BD and that’s how you need to proceed with and you should take it till the time of nine months the doctors usually suggest you to stop taking the tablet about two weeks before your estimated delivery date for you should check with your doctor and proceeded with what they suggest
