see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

Folic acid tablet should be taken only when it is advised by your gynaecologist otherwise not. Because in some cases doctor advised not to take medication. So first consult with your doctor about it then only take any medication because Dr can only advise you will after examining you and baby.
