how can I get natural folic acid supplement during pregnancy instead of tablets

A. Hello mam, in pregnancy only the first month it is required rest it depends on your condition as the requirement is high .. so supplements are essential you can also opt for homeopathy supplements as well . Some folic acid sources are - Lentils like rajma , channa etc Beans , peas Eggs Green leafy vegetables Beet root Citrus fruits Broccoli Nuts and oil seeds Beef liver Papaya, banana , avocado
