A. Hello ma’am If you had a normal delivery then after 3 to 4 months you can start doing mild exercises like mild yoga or regular walk or something and if you had a C-section delivery then you have to wait for minimum of eight months or rather till the time your stitches do not heal completely after that only you can go for any kind of workout
