Please answer my doubt

A. Hi Thanks for the response.I completed 7 weeks of pregnancy as of today.My LMP was on jan 6th.Before ten days i went for the scanning after vaginal scanning doctor said iam 6 weeks 3 days pregnant with fetal pole absent and also said pregnancy was started late.Exactly after ten days ie yesterday i had a sudden and light bleeding i consulted doctor immedietly after doing vaginal scanning she said me 6 weeks 4 days with fetal pole present but heart beat absent and some area is disturbed in uterus and advised me take bed rest. I really dont know what to do and i didnt understand my pregnancy ges age.
