ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. can use medarma strech mark or bio oil to reduce strech mark. mix Vitamin E capsule and mix in bio oil. Apply this oil on your stretch marks and massage for a few minutes.

Mix a quarter cup of aloe vera gel with half a cup of extra-virgin olive oil together and add oil from six Vitamin E and four vitamin-A capsules. Store this natural stretch marks cream in a glass container or bottle in a refrigerator and use it for your daily massage. By having a balanced diet, controlling weight gain and keeping your body hydrated, it is possible to keep the stretch marks away after childbirth.
