My wife is frontline worker and she is a breastfeeding women. pls help to confirm is COVID vaccination safe for her ? Is there any guidelines from government for COVID vaccinations for pregnant and lactating women's.

She should definitely get vaccinated.
Now the data is changing globally and it is now said that covid 19 is of more severity in pregnant females and infants, unlike what was said previously.
Regarding lactation,it is said that the vaccine might confer antibodies to the newborn as well and will benefit him/her,but no harm atleast theoretically. 
I am a doctor myself,and a lactating mother.
Got recently vaccinated after reading about it in detail.
