Q.
my son who is 1 years 4months is not speaking a word is this normal? he used to say few days/months ago papa mama but now nothing. he understands and does all what we say but don't speak. is this matter of concern let know based on your experience.

See till the time your child is understanding everything and following things it’s not a problem you just need to communicate more and more with your child get some board books flashcards try to teach different things with that and do not give any screen time to the child graduate see the child will pick up over the period
