My son sings rhymes abcd 1to 20 all shapes but dont speak by his own..he sometimes dont evn responds to his name but sometimes listens and take action quickly like when we say do u want sweet and chocolate..he dont listens or do eye contact when we start explaining to him that u did wrong or do u want food..plz suggest something is there any problrm??
