my son is 4 years old..he is suffering from fever 102 temperature.also headache problem, stomach pain,vomating, nose bleeding.. is this Corona symptoms.becoz his father covid 19 possitive.he was in isolation.

it might be covid symptoms.. the only thing is get testing done which will make it clear and further treatment will be started
