Q.

my son is 3 yr 11 mnth old and due to the cavity dentist has recommended a root canal. so I wanna ask you is it necessary to put a cap on the tooth after the root canal as said by the dentist that they will put cap on the tooth to protect it from further damage.

A. Yes capping us must as these milk teeth will remain till 10 years of age so while chewing foods the child will not have to worried about so get the capping done maintain good oral hygiene
