my son is 2yes and 2 month old he is uttering only few words like mma papa nd all most of the time he keep on doing uuuuuuuuunnnnnuuunnnnnn he knows everything and understand also but he dnt have words to express it that's why he always keep in saying uuuuuuunnnnuuuunnn what to do now???

A. good morning actually it is fine there is nothing to worry about there a lot of children who might be little bit delayed with communication and does not mean that is any problem is only a matter of time
