Poonam mahapatraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. if u have no immediate option, then do one thing,, use mustard oil, ajwain and garlic,, heat all the ingredients,, ket it cool and massage it on your baby's forehead and feet..

mustard oil provides warmth
give steam inhalation
ensure you dress up baby according to season
