Q.

My son is 13 month old. He still not saying anything. He understands everything we say and responds well but he screams fr anything he wants us to do. Anyone going through the same? Kindly help. I am worried.

A. Just that your child needs to communicate more right so you need to communicate more with your child that’s how your child would learn to speak certain words and slowly the speech is going to be better the communication is going to be better so just need to follow up on that
