Q.

my son is not speaks well.....he is about 3 yrs.....he understands my instructions but some times he not responds. ...is it autism?

A. The attention span can be very less during this age. So its normal for kids to not listen to them at some occasions. This alone cannot say that the child has autism. And speech delay is also seen in some perfectly normal children. So if u r worried its good to get your child examined by ur doctor once and follow his advice on this.
