My son is 13 days old he is having cold. please suggest what remedy i can do

A. you should use Mamaearth baby breathe rub for kids. it prevents and cute cold and cough

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and g according to the type of cough its prescribed.
if any fever is there paracetamol hucan be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .
