Q.
my son 4 years old he has constipation. we tried everything thing its been 3 days he didn't pass stool he is in pain not active at all. he is in fear as the stool is very hard. i gave him coconut oil in his anus but no use.please suggest

Preeti GroverMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. put some drops of mustard oil in navel...make your child drink lot of water and also add coconut water in his daily diet ...you can add fibrous food in his diet...

usually it happens because of inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet.
so please keep your child well hydrated.
offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, sesame seeds, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child.
give Massage to your child daily
encourage your child to do more physical activities
maintain good hygiene
you can give warm milk with 1 tabsp of ghee in it.
