Q.

my baby is 3 yrs old she didn,t sleep at night time. only 4 hrs maximum she is sleeping. we have 3 child .she is 2nd. my question how to adjustment time

A. yes this can happens o for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm. Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used. Can rock or pat the baby to sleep.
