my son 4 month they suffer from cold n fever

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is the flu .Running nose and cough cold may be due ti seasonal changes and steam is effective in this . Also can be given as home remedy 2 to 3 times in a day . Asthakind ls can also be given 3 times for coughadn paracetamol for the fever .
