kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should give steam to your baby for few minutes and several times in a day. As steam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and also clears congestion of the baby.
But Consult with your paediatric if necessary.
