my kid was having 102.5 degrees temperature and i gave paracetamol.. I noticed small rash on his chest and back. is it measles?? all his vaccinationa are done till date. how long the fever will continue

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and sometimes due to fever baby gets some rashes and please give baby doctor prescribed medication and also in a gap of six hours and sometimes it takes 4-5 days … Take care
