my daughter is one year 18 months. she is having 102 degrees temperature. what should I give medicine to her for controlling the temperature

i suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please measure temperature with Babyhug digital thermometer
you can give 1 ml calpol drops if necessary
