Can I repeat paracetamol dose within 4hrs for 102 degrees to my 6 yrs daughter

A. hello you xan repeat the dose of paracetamol agter 4 to 6 hours when neeeded for fever and sponging with nirmal.tap.water can be done if fever is very high then
