Q.

my baby got a fever of 102..After giving paracetamol dose immediately she vomits..after 30 minutes I repeat the paracetamol dose because her fever is increasing..Is this ok or is this wrong?

A. Look if the child vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medication then repeating the dosage is justified otherwise you should not repeat it and if the fever is not coming down you can do cold and also consult your doctor if the fever doesn’t come down even after giving the medication
