my daughter is got little redness in her eyes sometimes she rubs also is it due to dust

A. Clean the eyes regularly with warm water that is going to be helpful and I do not see any problem in the eyes of the child but still you’re feeling something isn’t right then you should consult a doctor once get the child physically examine
