Q.

my daughter is 6 year 8 month old but she is only 18kg as compared to my son who is 3 year 9 month old is 17kg. what should i add in her meal so she get the proper weight and height?

A. Good child should be somewhere around 21 kg to 22 kg as of now so whether a regular food I would suggest you to put your child into good physical activity like swimming or something which will help in increasing the appetite weight height health and growth of the child plus add more of proteins in the diet
