my daughter is 6 months old she is having red dots but not like rashes on her face we are using mother care oil for massage sebamed cream on face please advise

A. Hi Don’t use oil on the face for the time being instead just clean it with plain water and after that you go ahead with using calamine lotion on the face this looks like rashes loving it could be either due to the product that you are using or could be due to heat so it is better that you go ahead with just apply calamine lotion as of now
