my daughter is 5 yrs 5months old, she is going for urine very frequent. she doesn't wake up in night for urine but in day time sometimes she goes in every half an hour and sometimes in 2 hours. no burning sensation and color of urine is also not yellow. She has constipated bowl 2 twice a day.. Kindly suggest some home remedies or some medicine. and this is observed since 5 days.
