Q.

My daughter is 5 years 8 months... She is very thin (arms and legs are very thin) . Her wt. is 16 kg app. She is choosy in eating. No doubt she is active but I want her legs and arms should be strong. So which oil should I use for her massage and which time should I do massage?

A. Instead of massaging focus on giving a healthy diet and include desi ghee in all 3 meals of the baby and give 3 solid meals and snacks as fruits and milk and milk products should be given

A. good afternoon you can massage your child everyday at night before putting him to bed I would recommend you to try using Dabur Lal tel it will definitely help to resolve the purpose of increasing the strength
