Q.

My daughter is 2.4 yrs old. She is not very picky in food, but these days she is more keen on taking vegetables and very less chapati/rice and milk. Her height is in range, but on the lower side. She likes to eat salads and fruits more than cooked meal. Any suggestions how can I introduce more carbs and proteins to her diet?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.4 years old and she is picky about her food items so don’t worry it’s very good for you and her but give her pediasure for proteins and vitamins supplements

A. hi mam, babies food preferences change over period naturally so don't worry about it much. just try to encourage your child by serving food with different taste and different texture. for example offer boiled potato or chickpea with pinch of salt, pepper powder as snack.
