Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 weeks agoA. So you can give all kind of fruits and vegetables you can do varieties of dairy products in the diet of your child plus make sure to include good amount of food that you can prepare out of ragi oats and Suji which would be great for the child
