my child is unwell ,he is not eating anything.he is much tired,he is getting pain in his legs.what should we do in this case?

Try to give more of liquid paste diet to the child which would be easy for the child to digest and would be very healthy at the same time so that is what you need to focus upon and the pain in the legs could be associated with growth pain so you can massage with warm mustard oil and then start with calcium and vitamin D after consulting the doctor
