my child has a 1cm lump in armpit since 6 month so many antibiotics given but not work so what to do next

If the antibiotics are not helping then get it examine go for a testing to know what kind of lump that is what is the reason behind it and actually whether any medication would be required for that or not because sometimes these lumps are just fat ball called lipoma which actually creates no problem in the body and they don’t subside with antibiotics
