my breast milk is reduced and per feed per breast I could pump only 30 ml and if I take granules 90 ml that's all.. my girl baby is 5 months 14 days old.. I tried taking perinorm tablet for about 2 days but still no improvement at all. initially after my baby birth I had excessive milk I could pump even 200 ml.. I am getting periods every month and i got fever at 2 month of my baby due to left breast pain due to latching .. Is it normal to get breast milk reduced??
