my boy going loose tools with blood.im very scary about this please suggest me and what is the problem and what to do?

Don’t worry this is a situation when a child is suffering with her stomach infection and is very common to be seen with kids so blood is basically an indication usually associated with it just check with your doctor and then you can take the medication suggested by the doctor
