my baby s navel looks dirty. bcs of oil massage i guess. how can I clean that. is it ok to clean it while getting her bath?

Yes you can apply a little bit of soap and clean it properly with warm water when you giving a bath to the child otherwise if you feel it’s too dirty you can take an ear bud apply little bit of anti septic liquid into it and then you can clean that area that’s also going to be helpful
