Q.
my baby is turning dark after oil massage.when I stop massaging returning to his own colour. can I massage him or not

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. I would advice to do massage it baby. Massaging the baby with oil is a very healthy practice, followed by bathing with luke warm water. . Massaging make the baby relax and enhances sleep. It also keeps the bones and muscles strong
