Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is the flu may .Running nose and cough cold are common during this time . Just steam as a home remedy for mild cough and cold . Ascoril LS for other cough . Also paracetamol for fever if any .

In younger infants, make the call when symptoms start -- especially if your baby has a fever. Cold-like symptoms might actually signal a more serious illness, such as pneumonia or an ear infection. You'll feel better if you check on it.
