my baby is suffering from chicken pox. It's been 5 days n we r bathing her with water n neem. From when can we use soap?

A. Can use very mild soap.. Warm to cool baths can help relieve itching. Take baths for 20 to 30 minutes as often as needed to stay clean and soothe your itchy skin.
