I am breastfeeding mom to 9 month old baby. recently my husband got chicken pox n following 2 weeks baby also got chicken pox n again my mom in law. now m afraid bcz it's contagious. can I take chicken pox vaccination now? pls suggest

A. right now am facing same. husband infected me also today nd 6yr old kid. I started Acyclovir 400 mg thrice a day I tab as preventive 2 days before.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. chicken pox is a very simple disease most of the times generally vaccination is advisable for below 18 years still there is a possibility that we can take the vaccine
