My baby is around 12 weeks old and sometimes has a small amount of spit-up/milk rolling out of her mouth. A few days ago I noticed a tiny bright-yellow dot in the spit-up, and today I noticed a few tiny yellow streaks. We have a upcoming train journey and I'm concerned please advise

Madam what you are mentioning and stating is very normal and common with kids but it seems like you experienced it for the first time that is why you are more hassle and you have to travel ahead of this so just talk to your doctor to clear the situation and you’ll know what it is like if it’s a problem they’ll suggest you but as far as I know it’s completely normal
