Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatcxment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

U Actually consult your paediatrician ones because sometimes the cough and cold could be due to various reasons and your child is too small to suggest you a medicine like this and it is actually not right on your part to ask a medicine like this you should get a check with your paediatrician months
