my baby is 4 month old and cold and fever. we rea giving paracetamol drops for every 4 hours. for cold we have t-minic drops. could you please advise the dosage. how many drops and how many times per day

A. dear, as per precious advice given,beyterto consult ur doc for the sane. give indirect steam inhalation.. use baby vicks n nasal saline drops . increasebreast feeding ur baby. taje care..
