Q.
Hlo mam my son is having fever for 2 days if I gve paracetamol syrup fever is settling for few hours after 4 hours again fever will cme....He has cold I gave 1 time T-minic drops....can I use that T minic drops? & I am using P120 syrup for fever shall I continue that? we can use antibiotics at this time?what food should be given at this time?

whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructionsd given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindlyd take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .
