#AskTheExpert hi My kid have fever. Body temp is 78. When I give paracetamol fever reduces for few hours then start again. Why?

A. yes. Temperature more than 99 is considered as fever . Digital thermometer can be used at armpit for checking for same . If fever is there paracetamol can be used 8 hourly for fever . If it remains more than 2 days then consult a doctor .

A. Hi mommy mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
