Q.

my baby is having fever I m giving Paracetamol syrups fever reduce then after six hours again she is having fever, please give me some solution

A. Hello, your baby girl is 11 months old and if she is having a fever more than 100 degrees then only you can give her paracetamol otherwise just plenty of water
